2. Read the new grounds copyright at the bottom of the site "Your #1 online entertainment & artist community! All your base are belong to us." Newgrounds does not limit itself to just animation. Or did I fond a rule stating the MOVIE section had to be limited by just hand drawn and/or sprite animations.
3. Read the authors comment about that youtube statement.
